GCPD Seeking Witnesses to Possible Murder
A woman, believed to be about 25-years old, was found behind the Hertz Rent-a-Car near the intersection of Satellite Boulevard and Merchants Way at about 5 p.m. Friday. She was transported to the hospital, but didn't survive.
The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a murder that happened at about 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, near the intersection of Satellite Blve and Merchants Way.
According to a press release, a female, believed to be about 25 years old, was found behind the Hertz Rent-a-Car, which is adjacent the the Gwinnett County Transit pick-up/drop-off hub. The woman was transported to Gwinnett County Medical Center where she was later pronounced dead.
Gwinnett Police investigators are asking anyone who may have been at this GCT location between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. and may have seen anything unusual or suspicious to come forward. Anyone wishing to provide information may do so by calling 911 or 770-513-5333 and leaving a message.
