Grayson Orthodontics - Helping the Community Smile

For more than six years, Grayson Orthodontics has been a cornerstone of the business community in Grayson, with a heavy focus on community.

“We enjoy being involved with our community. We always participate and have a great time during Grayson Day and enjoy making chili during the Hot Tamale Chili Cook off,” said Dawn Webb, Grayson Orthodontics’ office manager. “We won best commercial float in Grayson Day 2013 and Champions in the novice division during the Hot Tamale Chili Cook Off.”

But it’s not just being an active member of the fun things in the community that sets Grayson Orthodontics apart. They also participate in helping those in need.

“Our soon to be project will be helping Tyler C. (a young boy who has Neurofibromatosis) to raise money for his second round of surgery,” Webb said, adding that details on that project will be made available soon.

Grayson Orthodontics boasts of a state of the art facility that uses the highest quality of materials and the newest procedures. They also believe that part of what sets them apart from their competition is exceptional customer service.

Grayson Orthodontics was established in January 2007 by Dr. Cesar Cardenas.

“He had a vision of creating a clinic that provides exceptional customer service, great quality care and creating that beautiful smile our patients are seeking,” Webb said.

On the website, Cardenas said from very early on in his career he was fascinated by the combination of art and science involved in orthodontics.

“It brings me great satisfaction to be able to help improve a person's life by giving them a beautiful and healthy smile,” he said.

The child of educators, Cardenas, who was born and raised in Colombia, South America, said the need for continuing education has been instilled in him since childhood.

“Because the field of orthodontic is ever-changing, I keep up with the newest technology and techniques by attending courses and seminars throughout the year,” Cardenas said. “It is my goal to give my patients the best orthodontic treatment available to them.”

Webb said Grayson Orthodontics would like people to know that they offer complimentary consultations.

“We use appliances, metal and clear braces, as well as being a preferred provider with invisalign in order to accomplish straight teeth and correcting the bite,” Webb said.

So what are plans for the company going forward?

“Our goal for the future is to keep providing great quality care to all of our patients and their siblings,” Webb said. “We want to keep creating beautiful smiles and help out even more our community.”
