Local Students Graduate From Berry College

ROME, GA. (05/16/2013)(readMedia)-- Berry College welcomed 378 new alums May 11 at the Spring Commencement.

Katie Knight of Loganville, GA graduated from Berry College with a BS degree in Biology.

Joe Riescher of Loganville, GA graduated from Berry College with a BS degree in Biology.

Zadie Bridges of Loganville, GA graduated from Berry College with a BA degree in Communication.

Michelle Yarbrough of Loganville, GA graduated from Berry College with a BS degree in Early Childhood Education.

Ali McIntosh of Loganville, GA graduated from Berry College with a BA degree in English-Literature.

Kristine Smith of Loganville, GA graduated from Berry College with a BS degree in Psychology.

Kristen Hennessey of Grayson, GA graduated from Berry College with a BA degree in Theatre.

Featured speaker U.S. Sen. Johnny Isakson provided words of inspiration for the graduates. Isakson has served the citizens of Georgia since 1974 in various public service positions including the Georgia Board of Education. He has also been both a congressman and a senator, and was named to the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance earlier this year.
