Voters in Loganville have cast their ballots in races for city commissioner and board of education.

LOGANVILLE, GA — Polls closed Tuesday on Election Day. Loganville voters cast their ballots in the 2022 municipal primary election. This year, Loganville voters decided on races for city commissioners, judges, Board of Education and solicitor general.

Voters also made their choice in statewide races including governor, U.S. Senate, secretary of state, attorney general, agriculture commissioner, insurance commissioner, state school superintendent and labor commissioner.
Gwinnett County Commissioners
Three candidates qualified for County Commissioner District 2. Incumbent Ben Ku is being challenged by John Sabic and Jahangir Hossain.
District 4 County commissioner Marlene Fosque is running for re-election against challenger Matthew Holtkamp.
Gwinnett County Board of Education
County Board of Education District 2 incumbent Steven B Knudsen is being challenged by Michael Rudnick.
Five candidates qualified for County Board of Education District 4: Kelly Kautz, Tony Sellers, Adrienne Simmons, Matt Sones and Alexis Williams. There is no incumbent.
Gwinnett County Judges
Three candidates qualified for Judge, State Court of Gwinnett County to succeed Pamela D. South.
Erica Dove, Matt Miller and Elaine Amankwah Nietmann are running for Judge, State Court of Gwinnett County.
Gwinnett County State Court Judge Rhonda C. Leary is running unopposed.
For Solicitor General Of Gwinnett County
Lisamarie Bristol is challenging incumbent Brian Walton Whiteside.
Walton County Commissioners
District 1 County Commissioner Bo Warren is running unopposed.
County Commissioner District 4 incumbent Lee Bradford is running for re-election against challengers Kevin Kelley and Jamie Mccord.
County Commissioner District 5 incumbent Jeremy Todd Adams is running against Laurie Hawks and Adrienne N. Dowdy Odum.
Walton County Board of Education
District 1 incumbent Simoan Capers Baker is running unopposed.
District 5 Tom Gibson is running unopposed.
District 2 Karen Brown is running unopposed.
