Man Begs For Forgiveness for Driving Without License on Daughter's Birthday

The Loganville driver was still arrested.

A Loganville man tried to get out an arrest last month by explaining it was his daughter's birthday.

According to the Loganville Police report, the 32-year-old man was pulled over for speeding 16 miles per hour over the speed limit.

After telling the officer he's never had a license, the driver asked for forgiveness "this one time" because it was his little girl's birthday, the officer wrote in the report. He continued to beg to be pardoned, but eventually complied with police to get out of the vehicle.

The man was arrested and charged with speeding and driving without a license.
