Man Wins Big Green Egg at Colonial Buick GMC in Loganville
Jimmy Archer, of Dacula, also had the chance to win a 2014 GMC Sierra in the contest.
A Colonial Buick GMC customer won a Big Green Egg grill in a contest run by the car company.
The prize went to Jimmy Archer, 59, of Dacula. The expensive grill is part of the Ultimate Tailgate package, which also includes charcoal starters and other grill accessories.
"It's a nice little Christmas gift," the winner said.
Archer's name was selected earlier this month in a random drawing from customers who entered from 19 dealerships. He had entered the contest while having service done to his 2012 Buick Verano, which he also had purchased at the Loganville dealership.
In addition to the grill, Archer had the chance to win a 2014 GMC Sierra. If he could throw a football into the window of the car from 35 yards away, the Sierra was his. He had one chance last week while at the dealership, but he missed.
