The getaway, on Tybee's North Beach, features an ocean view, sitting just 50 yards from the beach.
It sits on one of the largest beachfront lots on Tybee, with landscaped grounds, a large swimming pool and private beach access.
The ground floor features two garages, a game room with ping pong and air hockey, and an additional sitting area for entertaining with music, games, books, beach toys and the like.
There's an equipped fitness room, Motorola two-way radios, iPod docks throughout the home and other amenities you'd expect from "Miss Congeniality."
As Variety notes, Bullock is known for her personal portfolio of luxury homes.
In addition to the Tybee House — which is nicknamed Elbaroda Hideaway — Bullock reportedly owns an 8,100 square-foot Tudor mansion in Beverly Hills, a townhouse in downtown New York City, a Victorian mansion in the Garden District of New Orleans, a house above the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles and at least half a dozen houses in and around Austin, Texas.
