TGIF: From Bastille Day celebrations to food holidays, here are several events planned around Atlanta for Friday, July 14.

ATLANTA, GA -- Summertime in Atlanta is celebration enough for some of us, but Friday, July 14 offers special attention: There are soooo many events on tap around the city!
If grabbing an exotic bite is your thing, Midtown has several events that can get your weekend dining experience off to a great start. Later in the evening, there are some activities that you're going to want to go to, but you'll need a clone to get to all of them at once! Let's get started.

Colony Square: The business and entertainment spot in Midtown is hosting several Atlanta food trucks. It all starts at The Plaza from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This week, the eats will be supplied by Fry Guy, Blaxican + Tex's Tacos.
Marta Relay Bike Ride & Launch: If you haven't heard, MARTA is partnering with Relay Bikes and hosting a ride with the City of Atlanta. Going from 10 a.m. to noon, great music and awesome food will be on site to usher this new initiative into the city. Arts Center Transit Station 1255 West Peachtree St Atlanta, GA 30309.

Also in Buckhead, the Industry Fund is hosting Waiter's Race ATL, where members of Atlanta's dining scene compete against each other while holding a server's tray with a glass of water, a glass of wine and a split of champagne.
Bastille Day is being celebrated Friday at F&B Atlanta in Buckhead with a three-course French prix fixe menu featuring bacon, wild mushroom crepe, bouillabaisse seafood stew and profiterole pastries. Dinner will be accompanied with a live accordion performance, patriotic decor and even a custom-made guillotine.
In Decatur, Friday is the last day to check out summer flea market put on by the United Methodist Children's Home (UMCH). Available items include furniture, electronics, art and more. Free. 500 S. Columbia DriveDecatur, GA 30030.
The High Museum of Art is hosting "Merry Go Zoo," an interactive piece by Spanish designer Jaime Hayon on the Carroll Slater Sifly Piazza, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. 1280 Peachtree St. N.E.Atlanta, GA 30309. $14. The installation runs until November 26.
Farm Burger in Buckhead has the "fry day" deal on lock: The restaurant is offering a free order of fries with any meal ordered between 5 and 6 p.m. 3365 Piedmont Road N.E.Atlanta, GA 30305.
