Chef Zeb Stevenson Opening New Restaurant In West Midtown
Stevenson, a Food Network "Chopped" champion, is opening Redbird in the old Bacchanalia spot.

ATLANTA, GA -- Chef Zeb Stevenson is opening a new restaurant in West Midtown. Redbird, according to a press release, will open in summer 2019 in the spot of the old Bacchanalia and will 80 seats in the main dining room, 15 bar seats and 40 seats in the courtyard terrace. Stevenson is partnering with co-owner Ross Jones on the concept.
The restaurant, located in the Westside Provisions District, "will be fun, lively and comfortable with a ‘come as you are’ sensibility,” according to its owners.
The bar will feature a full selection of cocktails, beers and wine. The wine list will focus on family-owned and small artisan wineries.
