Chick-a-Biddy to Open in June at Atlantic Station

After the successful launch of Bantam & Biddy in Ansley Mall, a pair of restaurateurs — Shaun Doty and Lance Gummere — plan to open Chick-a-Biddy at Atlantic Station in June, according to Eater Atlanta.

Doty is founder of Yeah! Burger.

Gummere was former chef of the Shed at Glenwood in Grant Park.

Doty told Atlanta magazine the vision for Chcik-a-Biddy is for it to be a modern diner.

Scott Weaver is to be its executive chef.
