Midtown Patch is happy to welcome a new Home Decor Store to the Westside Design District. Jackson Charles Home is located at 1465 Chattahoochee Avenue, and intends to put, "the living back into living well."
Long before she was an in-demand designer with clients including singer-songwriter Kandi Burruss and Atlanta Falcon Osi Umenyiora, Eddie Brumbaugh was a young girl navigating new styles.
"There's nothing sexier than comfort," Brumbaugh says. "I don't believe in beautiful rooms you can't relax in; real life doesn't happen in design magazine layouts. True design combines fun and functionality, texture, quality, contrast, balance and loving every single element around you."
Named after her first son, Jackson Charles Home will be a curated collection of furniture, accessories including lighting, rugs, pillows, candles, serving pieces, books, jewelry and fabrics.
She'll also feature those statement-making elements she's known for, like the gold sabertooth tiger skull she added to the living room of Kandi Burruss' Atlanta estate.
"Everyone wants something special--a statement piece--but they don't know what it is until they see it," Brumbaugh says. "They'll see it at Jackson Charles."
The store will feature brands like Regina Andrews, Emporium Home, Rablab and Rojo 16, plus vintage, one-of-a-kind and upcycled items.
"Accessories are the easiest and most efficient way to transform a space without doing a complete redesign," Brumbaugh says. "Jackson Charles Home allows me to show more people how to create an environment that speaks to them and tells their story at the same time."
