Farm to Ladle Opens at Avalon
Atlanta favorite Farm to Ladle has opened its second location in Avalon.

Atlanta favorite Farm to Ladle, known for its rotating menu of fresh soups, salads, sandwiches and sweets, will open its second location today at Avalon, the award-winning mixed-use community in Alpharetta.
When curating the Farm to Ladle concept, founder Geoff Melkonian sought to open in vibrant, landmark destinations. Last year, Farm to Ladle opened in Ponce City Market to much success.

"Farm to Ladle is more than just a restaurant, it's about having a meaningful place to go with friends and family for good food with local ingredients," said Melkonian, founder of Farm to Ladle. "With today's hurried pace, it's hard to find on-the-go meals that taste great and are also good for you."
In the Farm To Ladle kitchen, flavor comes first. All of the food is made from scratch and patrons can look forward to traditional herbs and spices, seasonal and locally sourced raw ingredients, a creative menu, and staff as genuine as the food. Signature favorites from the family cookbook include tomato basil bisque, turkey chili, chicken salad, quinoa salad, the kale Caesar salad and house-baked breads. A curated selection of local and regional beers along with wine options that will rotate seasonally."This year, we're using a lot of grainy, fruity flavors with a nutty feel," says Chef Niyazi Mesta, the mastermind behind Farm to Ladle's must-have chili and can’t-resist sweets. "I get inspired by seasonal and colorful ingredients that allow me to make fresh menu items."
Farm to Ladle serves dine-in and to-go breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks daily, which will cater to the dynamic lifestyles of Avalon’s office workers, residents and guests. Farm to Ladle will open across from Avalon’s Antico Pizza near Regal Cinemas. An intimate outdoor patio is open for guests to enjoy eating outside. Additionally, adjacent parking is available to make to-go orders especially convenient.
