Jenny Pruitt Honored at 27th Annual Four Pillar Tribute Award Ceremony
More than 1,000 local leaders joined The Council for Quality Growth in celebration.

More than 1,000 local leaders joined the Council for Quality Growth in honoring third-generation Atlantan, Realtor, philanthropist, and author Jenny Pruitt at the 27th annual Four Pillar Tribute award ceremony on October 13, 2016 at the Georgia World Congress Center.
This year’s theme “Leading with a Servant’s Heart,” correlated to Pruitt’s inspirational leadership style reflected in her 2015 memoir, Beneath His Wings. Featured speakers delivered personal reflections on how they have witnessed Pruitt embody the “Four Pillars” of Leadership: Quality, Responsibility, Vision and Integrity:
- Allison Dukes, Chairman, President and CEO, Atlanta Division, SunTrust Bank
- The Honorable Johnny Isakson, United States Senate
- Dale Jones, President and CEO, Diversified Search
- Andy Stanley, Founding and Senior Pastor, North Point Ministries
“Jenny is the epitome of Georgia’s ‘Can Do’ spirit,” said Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed. Allison Dukes, Chairman, President and CEO, Atlanta Division, SunTrust Bank, added "Jenny has founded Atlanta Fine Homes with her faith as a bedrock."

With strong business acumen, Jenny is revered as a nationally respected real estate visionary. She began her real estate career in 1968 before establishing Jenny Pruitt and Associates in 1988. In 2007, she and her business partner opened the highly-successful Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, and realized nearly $2 billion in sales in 2015. Her commitment to serving the community has awarded her numerous accolades and awards, including the Atlanta Board of REALTORS® E.A. Isakson Award, REALTOR® of the Year, and the Georgia Small Business Person of the Year, among numerous others.

For 26 years the Council for Quality Growth has paid tribute to an outstanding individual in the Metro Atlanta region who exemplifies the Council’s mission of promoting balanced and responsible growth through an annual leadership tribute gala that recognizes the ‘Four Pillars’ of leadership - Responsibility, Quality, Vision and Integrity.
The Four Pillar Award and Tribute is an unparalleled honor that allows the opportunity for the Metro Atlanta region and State of Georgia to celebrate the recipient’s philanthropy as well as his or her significant contributions to economic development. The gala and award have come to be known as the highest honor bestowed for the aforementioned contributions. The event provides a platform to align the honorees’ impacts on the region with the Council’s ambitions and serves as a beacon of inspiration to perpetuate the growth of the development industry.
