Join Loews Atlanta Hotel and grab a burger as the hotel hosts its first ever tailgate when its hometown baseball team takes on the New York Mets!

On Tuesday, Sept. 3, follow the blue balloons at Turner Field’s Delta Medallion Parking Lot to enjoy a delicious spread of tailgate grub and a game of the Southern staple, cornhole, just before the Braves go up to bat against their rivals, the New York Mets – all in the name of charity! Loews Atlanta Hotel will man the grill while accepting donations for DonorsChoose.org, a nonprofit online charity that provides a forum for public school teachers to post their classroom needs and special project requests for individual donors to choose from and sponsor.

Loews Hotels & Resorts is the first national hotel brand to pledge to improve public education by partnering with DonorsChoose.org, and raises nationwide awareness for the organization with hotel events and brand-wide promotions.

Loews Atlanta’s Tailgate for a Cause also kicks off its 30 Days of Giveaways September social media campaign. Each day throughout the month of September, the hotel will award one prize to a lucky social media fan who can enter to win via Facebook.
