New Luxury Apartments Open In West Midtown

MIDTOWN, GA -- A new luxury apartment recently opened in West Midtown Atlanta, Patch has learned.

Developer Pollack Shores has already leased 80 units at Millworks at Howell Mill, located on Emery Street near Collier Road and Howell Mill Road.

Millworks features one- and two-bedroom apartment residences with a nod toward contemporary design.

“We wanted Millworks to be a reflection of the collaborative culture and energy that surrounds our location in West Midtown, and I think the final product does just that,” said Pollack Shores President and Co-Founder Steven Shores. “The layout of Millworks helps foster the type of shared community that our residents are hungry for and want to be a part of.”

All 345 units include hardwood floors, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The community is powered by Google Fiber, the developer said.

The community is promoting health and wellness as well: Residents having access to a black car service from 7 p.m.-2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays to ensure safety out and about the city.
