No Bond for Soldier's Alleged Killer
Sgt. Atting Eminue was shot and killed outside the Peachtree-Pine homeless shelter in Midtown in September.

A Fulton County judge has denied bond for the man who allegedly shot and killed an army reservist who was helping the homeless in Midtown.
Harold Dodson, 21, will remain in jail until he stands trial for the Sept. 1 murder of Sgt. Atting Eminue, a Nigerian native and father who had served three tours of duty in Afghanistan.
Eminue was walking with a friend to his car near the Peachtree-Pine shelter early that morning when he was shot following an altercation. Eminue’s family told WSB-TV that he was giving shoes away to the homeless when he was killed.
