LifeLine Animal Project wants to see your family pet smile! As part of our 20K Smiles campaign to place 20,000 shelter pets in homes by 2018, LifeLine is holding a Best Smiles Contest! Send a photo of your family pet smiling to smile@lifelineanimal.org, or post to LifeLine’s social media using the hashtag #20Ksmiles! The deadline to get your smile photos in is Friday, September 23rd, and the winner will receive a special gift basket for their pet. Your pet may also be featured on our smiles website, 20Ksmiles.com, so send those adorable pictures in!

LifeLine’s Fulton Shelter Pets of the Week: Liz and Rascal

Our two Pets of the Week are sure to make you smile!

Meet Liz, a one-year-old girl who is a pet owner’s delight! Liz has a great personality and is friendly, fun and mild mannered. She is also eager to please and will follow your lead, making her very easy to train. Liz also gets along with all her canine friends and loves to play with toys outside. Liz just adores visitors, so please come and meet her soon!

Our next pet is Rascal, a little Dachshund mix who loves to run around the yard, nap in the sun and play with other dogs. Rascal has come a long way since he arrived at the shelter and was scared of people. He has learned to trust humans and enjoys their company now. Rascal has a sweet smile and face, a pretty tan coat and a fun personality. He will make a wonderful companion. Please come show Rascal what it feels like to be loved by a family.
