Simon's Restaurant Coming To Midtown Atlanta
New eatery is from restaurateur Marvin Woods, most known as the owner of Asante in downtown Atlanta.

ATLANTA, GA -- A new restaurant is set to take over Ludacris' old eatery on Juniper Street in Midtown, Patch has learned.
Simon's is the brainchild of celebrity chef and restaurateur Marvin Woods, most known to Atlanta foodies as the owner of "Coastal Soul" joint Asante in downtown Atlanta. The eatery shut its doors last May.
Simon's will be a new concept featuring "global cuisine" shared on small plates, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

The Midtown location, 793 Juniper St., has been the home of several eateries in recent years, most notably Straits by Ludacris and, most recently, Time Restaurant & Lounge.
Woods is hoping Simon's can bring stability to the building, which is in a prime spot and centrally located. He said the eatery hopes to open its doors in the spring.
