Tallest Skyscraper in Atlanta to be Built in Midtown
Midtown is at the peak of its new development interest.

Last week, the Atlanta Business Chronicle (ABC) reported plans for a new Midtown skyscraper that would end up being (one of) the tallest in Atlanta. The plans are to build 3 towers, one 56 stories, on the 4.5 acre site located at 98 14th Street.
According to ABC, "a team that includes New York-based Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. and international design firm Arquitectonica is planning a nearly 2 million-square-foot development for Midtown’s long-vacant “symphony center” site."
Development plans call for 3 towers, the tallest would have 34 floors of residential and 22 floors of hotel, the other 2 towers would have 46 floors and used as residential.
Amazingly this development will fit in between One Atlantic Center and 1180 Peachtree tower. For the complete story and filed documents, follow the link to the Atlanta Business Chronicle.
