Delta Airlines Ground Stop Lifted After Morning of Delays

Passengers flying Delta airlines Monday were left stranded across the world due to a system-wide outage that started with a power outage in Atlanta. The company lifted the ground stop around 9 a.m. but warned of significant delays and cancellations.
