• Yacht Rock Revue Presents: PURPLE RAIN Yacht Rock Revue will perform in Piedmont Park at the Legacy Fountain on Friday, May 31st. Gates open at 6pm. Music Starts at 7:30pm-10:30pm. Purple Rain & 80's After Party at Park Tavern at 11pm.
• 5-TO-THRIVE The Atlanta Children's Shelter will host its 4th Annual 5-TO-THRIVE 5K Run/Walk on June 1st in Piedmont Park.
• Atlanta Food and Wine Festival The Festival Tasting Tents were designed to lead guests through a culinary exploration of the South, featuring themed tasting “trails” like Southern Grown, Seafood, Craft Beer, Bourbon, The Next Wave, Southern Sweets, Snacks and Sandwiches and favorites from other Southern regions around the globe, and more.
• Modern Atlanta - MA - Design is Human Week From June 1-9, MA (Modern Atlanta) and the esteemed Design is Human Week 2013/Modern Atlanta Home Tour (June 1-9), will celebrate a week of international design excellence and creative culture. This is the sixth year in a row.
• Summer Camp at The Children's Museum of Atlanta Have a summer adventure at The Children’s Museum of Atlanta’s three unique summer camps! Discovery Science Camp is perfect for young scientists. Imaginator Theater Camp is great for young actors. Adventure Camp is ideal for first-time campers.
