Vehicle Sought In Fatal Midtown Hit And Run

A man was struck and killed while he walking down Lindbergh Drive on a late January morning.

ATLANTA -- Police are asking for the public's help in locating a vehicle that is believed to have been responsible for a fatal Midtown hit and run back on Jan. 27, 2019. The victim was struck from behind and killed around 3:45 am as he was walking down the side of Lindbergh Drive in the 1000 block.

A witness described the vehicle involved as a white pick up or SUV. Parts located at the scene belong to a 2012-2015 Toyota Tacoma.

Police are asking who recognizes the suspect vehicle or who has any information on this incident to contact Crime Stoppers. Persons do not have to give their name or any identifying information to be eligible for a CASH reward for the arrest and indictment of the suspect.
