Man who jumped on woman's car in unprovoked attack in Kroger parking lot arrested by Atlanta police.
ATLANTA, GA -- Police in Atlanta have arrested the man who they say jumped on top of a motorist's car and kicked in the windshield. Jaron Williams was nabbed by Atlanta police after receiving a Crime Stoppers tip, according to news reports.
The Crime Stoppers case generated considerable attention, thanks to a video Atlanta police released that shows the man -- unprovoked -- sprinting toward the vehicle and launching himself in the air, landing on the car's hood. Williams is charged with felony criminal damage to property and is in the DeKalb County jail, according to WXIA-TV.

The incident happened recently in the Kroger parking lot on Moreland Avenue in East Atlanta.
The woman who was driving vehicle was leaving the parking lot when, who sped off after the incident, was unharmed.
