Harry's Attempts to 'Crack' a World Record

The Marietta store is among those participating in Whole Foods' celebration of Parmigiano Reggiano on Saturday.

Harry’s Farmers Market and Whole Foods Market are having their annual celebration of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Stores will attempt to “crack” the Guinness World Records title for the number of wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano simultaneously cracked in its stores across the United States, U.K. and Canada.

Stores will be cracking 500 wheels simultaneously, and shoppers are invited to all participating stores to taste and cheer on their cheese mongers as they crack open an 85-pound wheel using traditional tools and methods.
