• Ronald Fowler Cash, 71, of Watkinsville was charged with DUI and open container.
• James Christopher Lemmonds, 20, of Watkinsville was charged with probation violation.
• Blake Wesley Poss, 22, of Athens was charged with probation violation. 

• Garland Allen Paschal, 40, of Athens was charged with probation violation.
• Brian England Cloud, 46, of Watkinsville was charged with simple battery.
