• Joshua James Frost, 37, of Athens was charged with probation violation.
• Tonya Maria Fattig, 36, of Watkinsville was charged with probation violation.
• Charles William Brown, 78, of Athens was charged with DUI.
• Anthony Byron Gilliam, 44, of Athens, was charged with suspended license and improper tag.
• James Raymond Mathis, 26, of Winder was charged with failure to appear. 

• Claudia M. Guardian, 33, of Athens was charged with speeding and driving without a license. 
• Daniel Jermone Gorman, 34, of Watkinsville was charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Shakir Sultan Callahan, 34, of Jefferson was charged with DUI and improper driving.
• Teresa Angela Martin, 46, of Bogart was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Amy Owen Brickman, 44, of Athens was charged with probation violation.
• Daemon Michel Kendall, 20, of Bishop was charged with expired license, suspended tag and failure to obey a traffic signal.

• Jeff Eugene Nasworthy, 44, of Bogart was booked as a sentenced inmate.
• Durell Cody Winder, 28, of Madison was charged with theft by taking.
