Bring One for the Chipper--Keep Oconee County Beautiful Commission
Don't throw away your tree when Christmas is over!

From December 26th to January 15th, you can recycle your Christmas tree with the Keep Oconee County Beautiful Commission and Junk South.
In exchange for your evergreen, you can get a red oak, bald cypress or crepe myrtle seedling, thanks to the Oconee Lions Club.
Trees can be recycled at Harris Shoals Park or at the designated recycling sites around the county.
