Construction Equipment Stolen from Property on Lavista Road

Burglars snatched tools and construction equipment from a property on Lavista Road sometime last week.
The residence is currently undergoing renovations for sale, the victim told deputies on Friday, and the theft occurred sometime between 7 p.m. on Sept. 19 and 8 a.m. on Sept. 20.
Two ladders and an air compressor were taken from inside of the house and a utility trailer and ladder were removed from the yard. The items are valued at more than $800.
The case is under investigation.
