North Oconee High School Band Takes Top Honors at Tournament

The North Oconee High School Titan Regiment attended the Lake Lanier Tournament of Bands in Gainesville, Georgia on Saturday, October 5, 2013.

The band received superior ratings, the highest possible rating, for band, percussion, flag line, and drum major.  The band, flag line, and drum major received 1st place in Class AAA and the percussion received 2nd place in Class AAA.

The band was named Gold Division Champion for receiving the highest score among bands in AAA, AAAA, and Open Class.  The band was also named overall Grand Champion for receiving the highest score of the entire contest.
