Oconee County Arrest Report: Meth Manufacturing and Other Charges

The following information was supplied by the Oconee County Jail. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

The following information was gathered from Oconee County Jail booking reports:

July 6

  • J Anthony Moon, 38, of Bogart was charged with simple assault family violence and two counts each of terroristic threats and acts and cruelty to children in the third degree.
  • Bobby Gene Knight, 31, of Buckhead was charged with possession of a schedule IV drug and felony obstruction of an officer.
  • Micheal Joseph Reeves, 21, of Bishop was charged with criminal trespass family violence.
  • William Robert Dunn, 29, of Watkinsville was charged with driving while license suspended and texting while driving.

July 5
  • Lori Ann Wise, 44, of Watkinsville was charged with probation violation.
  • Robert Edward Tweedy, 39, of Watkinsville was charged with simple assault family violence.
  • Salvador Chavez Rosales, 25, of Athens was charged with probation violation.
  • Tina R Thornton, 40, of Royston was charged with deposit account fraud.
  • William Christian Hansen, 44, of Picayune, Mississippi was charged with a violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act. 
  • Pansy Marie Cowart, 37 of Colbert was charged with shoplifting.

July 4
  • Carolyn Ceccacci, 38, of Atlanta was transferred from the Fulton County Jail on warrants for possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing methamphetamine.
  • Garland Allen Paschal, 40, of Athens was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Chasity Ciera Williams, 19 of College Park was charged with probation violation.

July 3
  • Russell Lee O'Dillon, 27, of Watkinsville was charged with DUI and reckless conduct.
  • Tiffany Marshelle Jackson, 23, of Winder was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Kimberly L Elliott, 25, of Winder was charged with theft by shoplifting.
July 2
  • Keith Level Smith, 24, of Staham was charged with probation violation.
  • Lashana Sharee Shaw, 24, of Athens was charged with shoplifting.
