1)    Discuss plan for identification of parcels for business/industrial use.

8. Hearings and Actions on Zoning Matters, Special Use Permits, Street Light Tax Districts, Etc.:

1)  Consider Hardship Variance No. 6292 by Jonathan R. and Laurel B. Murrow, ±28.350 acres, located on the south side of Branch Road, to subdivide property on an unpaved road.

2)    Consider Hardship Variance No. 6301 by Mark and Heather Christenson, ±70.37 acres located on the south side of Hebron Church Road and the west side of Dillard Road, to subdivide property on an unpaved roads.

9. Personnel Matters:

1)    Consider appointments to the Animal Control Advisory Board for three two-year terms, expiring June 30, 2015.

2)    Consider appointments to the Keep Oconee County Beautiful Commission for four three-year terms, expiring June 30, 2016.

3)    Consider appointments to the Family and Children Services Board for two unexpired terms, expiring June 30, 2014 and June 30, 2017; and one five-year term expiring June 30, 2018.
