Feb. 20
- A Griffin man, 19, was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana, speeding and unlawful use of license.

- An Athens man, 20, was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
- A 39-year-old Athens man was charged with pedestrian under the influence.

- A 52-year-old Statham woman was charged with DUI and failure to yield.
Feb. 17
- Sharon Meliss Jacobs, 32, of Comer, was charged with felony identity fraud, felony theft by taking, and twelve counts of forgery in the first degree.
- A 22-year-old Bishop man was charged with simple battery.
- A 19-year-old Athens man was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
- A 57-year-old Bishop woman was charged with DUI and failure to yield.
- A Newnan man, 27, was charged with DUI and driving without a valid license and failure to maintain lane.

- Joshua Nathaniel Garza, 32, of Athens, was charged with felony theft by shoplifting.
- Joshua Randall Jones, 25, of Jefferson, was charged with criminal attempt to impersonate a police officer.
- Shane Michael Nasrallah, 24, of Athens, was charged with criminal attempt to impersonate a police officer.
- A 44-year-old Fayetteville man was charged with driving without a license and speeding.
- A 20-year-old Elberton woman was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
- A 45-year-old homeless man was charged with public drunkenness.
Feb. 14
- A 42-year-old Athens woman was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
- Three women were charged in connection with a fight at Wal-mart.
Feb. 13
- Douglas McArthur Beavers, 47, of Nicholson, was charged with two counts of aggravated stalking, one count of theft by taking, and criminal attempt to commit a crime. On Feb. 14, Beavers was also charged with probation violation.
