• A 29-year-old Statham woman was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting. 
• An Athens man, 33, was charged with driving while license suspended and a tag light violation.

May 27

• James Raymond Mathis, 25, of Winder, was charged with felony theft by taking.
• Michael Maurice McNight, 24, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
• A 20-year-old man from Cumming was charged with DUI, underage possession of alcohol and speeding.
• A Bogart man, 22, was charged with battery.
• James Christopher Lemmonds, 18, of Watkinsville was charged with probation violation.
• Pedro Espinoza Gonzales, 40 was transferred from the Clarke County Jail on a warrant for probation violation.

May 26

• Jeffrey Alan Parker, 18, of Jefferson, was booked as a sentenced inmate and released the same day.
• A 20-year-old Athens man was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

May 25

• Matravis Lerion Watkins, 25, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
• Jamie Rene Yarbrough, 24, of Covington, was charged with probation violation.
• A 24-year-old Madison man was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
• Robert Sinclaire Stinger, 28, of Athens,  was charged with probation violation.
• A 44-year-old Bishop man was charged with failure to appear. 

May 24

• , 31, of Statham, was charged with child molestation. 
• Josua Micah Hembree, 26, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
• Paul Andrew LaFrance, 51, of Winder, was charged with probation violation.
• David Lamar Mullinax,25, of Watkinsville, was charged with criminal damage to property.
• A 36-year-old Loganville man was charged with DUI.
• A 21-year-old Athens woman was charged with misdemeanor theft by taking.
• Christopher Daniel Deaton, 31, of Watkinsville, was charged with probation violation.
• An Athens man, 30, was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.

May 22

• A 27-year-old Alma man was charged with failure to appear.

• A 43-year-old Winder woman was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
• A 31-year-old Clarkston man was charged with speeding and driving while license suspended.
• Stacy Douglas Bond, 24, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
• Maddie H. Ross, 22, of Watkinsville, was charged with probation violation.
• An Athens woman, 45, was charged with misdemeanor theft by shoplifting.
• A 38-year-old Athens woman was charged with criminal trespass and theft by shoplifting, both misdemeanor offenses.
• Jermain Burton, 29, of Atlanta, was charged with probation violation.
• Jacques Cooper, 19, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
• Alejandra Lopex, 39, of Athens, was charged with probation violation.
