Three winners of the newest Georgia Millionaire game rang in their new year $1 million richer, according to the Georgia Lottery Corporation.
When the clock hit midnight Thursday, residents in College Park, Grovetown and Lawrenceville were chosen as winners on New Year's Day, the GLC said. Georgia law states they can remain anonymous.
They were selected as part of a second-chance drawing for the Georgia Millionaire scratch-off, which the GLC debuted in October 2025.

Georgia Millionaire offers instant $10,000 cash prizes through scratch-offs. Then, non-winning tickets were entered into the lottery's second-chance drawing for three $1 million prizes.
Players who entered the drawing were encouraged to check their emails to see if they won the top prize.
GLC Communications Director Tandi Reddick told Patch that Georgia Millionaire remains on sale at retailers statewide. The GLC lists its retail partners online.
The state lottery offers a host of other scratchers, along with quick win and diggi games, but its draw games are prominent.
The jackpot for Friday's Fantasy 5 drawing is $233,000, but players have the chance to score more money with the Mega Millions' $157 million jackpot. On Saturday, Powerball plays can win $64 million.
Other draw games include Cash 4 Life, Cash 3, Cash 4, Cash Pop, Keno! and Georgia Five.
