A free movie screening for kids and the opening reception for an art exhibit are a few of the things to know in and around Oconee today.

Weather: We'll see a high around 80 today with mostly sunny skies, according to the Weather Channel. Clouds will roll in overnight and lows will drop into the mid 40s.
