• Hieu Chi Pham, 30, of Atlanta was charged with speeding, racing, reckless driving, and a window tint violation.
• Nichole Johnson, 41, of Athens was charged with shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
• Allexandrah Shayde Burke, 18, of Athens was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Brittany Michelle Bethke, 18, of Thomaston was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  

• Cornelius Tirell Brown, 22, of Athens was charged with probation violation.
• Michael A. Henderson, 24, of Bogart was charged with disorderly conduct. 
• Jeremy Barton Lee, 36, of Athens was charged with burglary and theft by taking.
• Allen Dixon Aslinger, 48, homeless, was charged with burglary and theft by taking.
• David Reed Casper, 19, of Statham was charged with contempt of magistrate court.
• Patrick Brian Pensyl, 45, of Bogart was charged with simple assault.
  

• Rafeal Domonic Jernigan, 26, of Greensboro was charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding.
