Shoplifting, Probation Violation Charges in Oconee County Docket Book

The following information was gathered from Oconee County Jail booking reports:
Aug. 1
- A 21-year-old Lithonia man was charged with theft by shoplifting.
- Ashley Elizabeth Barone, 19, of Athens was charged with suspended license.
- Gwendolyn Arkaneshia Kelley, 19 of Athens was charged with theft by shoplifting.
July 31
- James Christopher Lemmonds, 20, of Watkinsville was charged with probation violation and willful obstruction.
- Zachary Scott Lester, 19, of Watkinsville was charged with contempt of superior court.
July 30
- John Antonio Evans, 30, of Greensboro was charged with probation violation.
- Kylee Logan Ervin, 17, of Watkinsville was charged with theft by shoplifting.
- Julie Elizabeth Hillsman, 17, of Watkinsville was charged with theft by shoplifting.
- Austin Lee McDowell, 23, of Snellville was charged with probation violation.
July 29
- Jose Antonio Rodriquez, 32, of Norcross was charged with probation violation.
- Taylor Watson Grimes, 21, of Calton, was charged with probation violation.
