The Drizzle Didn't Matter For Farmers Market or Fall Festival

Rain? What rain?

The morning's drizzle never turned into a deluge on Saturday. Which meant that thousands of people got to enjoy the rides, merchandise, funnel cakes, games and animals at the Fall Festival.

The festival brought more people to Saturday's Oconee Farmers Market as well. People were buying cakes and loaves of pumpkin bread along with vegetables, herbs and fruits. And the Red Oak Southern String Band provided a great soundtrack to the shopping.

The farmers market continues through November.
