Rock Damages Trunk on Lexus
The following information was supplied by the Watkinsville, Ga. police department.
Watkinsville police on April 17 around 7 p.m. were called to a Colham Ferry Extension address after the owner of a 2007 Lexus noticed that her car was damaged. It appears that a rock had struck the trunk lid, according to Chief Lee O'Dillon. The car had been parked in the driveway all day and the owner stated that she did not know who would have damaged her car.
In other police news, a 2010 Ford 4-S and a 1998 Ford Ranger were involved in a mishap in the Watkinsville Post Office parking lot on Friday, April 19, at 2:33 p.m. No one was injured but the passenger car suffered significant damage.
Watkinsville police responded to a total of 29 calls within city limits between April 15-21, 2013.
