Description: Two full-time customer service representatives are wanted: one to serve an Athens route and the other to serve routes in east Athens, Winterville, and Madison County. Both positions are based out of the Athens office. Duties include scheduling appointments for technicians, keeping records of technicians' work, answering the phone and providing good customer service, scheduling and attending network, marketing events and more.
