9 Safe In Roswell Blaze That Prompted Alpharetta, Milton Response

Two suffered smoke inhalation in the Roswell fire Monday night.

ROSWELL, GA — Two people suffered smoke inhalation after a Monday night house fire in the 400 block of Prado Terrace, located in the Lakeside at Ansley subdivision, Roswell Fire said Tuesday.

Roswell, Milton and Alpharetta firefighters responded to the scene around 10:45 p.m. after a 911 caller reported seeing fire coming from the backside of their neighbor's house.

When crews arrived, they saw smoke and heavy fire coming from the home's rear. Fire officials said all nine residents were safely evacuated.

Firefighters spent several hours working to control the fire, officials said. Two of the residents had to be evaluated for smoke inhalation.

The cause of the fire is being determined.
