Atlanta Academy Puts On 'The Princess and the Pea'

The is gearing up for its spring musical this Mother's Day weekend.

The school will show "The Princess and The Pea," twice over the weekend, including Friday, May 11 at 6 p.m. and Sunday, May 13 at 3 p.m.

If you thought you knew the story of The Princess and The Pea, you may be in for a walloping surprise! This rollicking spin on the familiar classic of royal courtship and comeuppance provides for some side-splitting shenanigans. Chances are you’ll never look at fairy tales quite the same way again! The content has been edited to better suit our younger actors and audiences, but all the magic, hilarity and fun of the original are still in place.

Ticket prices are $5, children under three are free. Purchase tickets in advance by calling 678-461-6102 or buy them at the door. Doors open 30 minutes prior to the show. Atlanta Academy is located at 2000 Holcomb Woods Parkway, Roswell.
