Who should you turn to in a rapidly changing real estate market?

If you needed a complex medical procedure, would you choose a doctor fresh out of med school — or one with years of experience who’d done the procedure successfully hundreds of times?

The answer of course is obvious: experience matters. The same is true for the largest financial transaction of your life: the buying and selling of a home — even more so in today’s complex and fast-changing real estate market.

  2. A civil lawsuit is that is set to be filed soon is a result of the conviction of a former middle school science teacher. Robert Vandel has been sentenced to a 10-year prison sentence after being convicted and found guilty of the rape of a student. The incident occurred at the Roswell charter school, the Fulton Academy of Science and Technology in 2020. The victim's family is accusing the charter school and Fulton County Schools of being “indifferent” to the risk of hiring the teacher. They say there were previous complaints and a documented case regarding teenage girls were made about this teacher in 2019 and another case of sexual battery in 2003 at a school district in Columbus, Georgia. 3. The University of Alabama and its football coach Nick Saban are said to have selected one of the "top recruiting classes of all time" in 2023. The college sports world thinks that Alabama has done it again by the selection of top athletes from around the nation with its 2024 recruiting class. Among the 2024 recruits is Roswell's own Daniel Calhoun, a senior at Centennial High School and one of seven offensive linemen who will sign with "The Tide." The 6-foot-6 lineman has been in Alabama's sights since 2021. Congratulations to Daniel Calhoun for being one of the University of Alabama's top prospects. (sports.yahoo.com)
