This regularly scheduled meeting followed a Special Called Mayor and Council meeting, during which Roswell’s newly elected Mayor and City Councilmembers were sworn in. To view video of that meeting, please click here.

Items from the January 10, 2022 Meeting

  • Election of Councilmember Michael Palermo as Mayor Pro-Tem for 2022.
    Action: Approved with a vote of 4-0-1, with Councilmember Palermo abstaining.
  • Recognition of the City of Roswell Water Utility receiving the Distribution System Excellence Gold Award from the Georgia Section of the American Water Works Association (GAWWA) and the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP).
  • Recognition of Roswell receiving the Atlanta Regional Commission's Green Communities Award. The City was awarded the highest honor, platinum.
  • Approval of mid-year budget adjustments
    Action: Deferred unanimously until the January 24 meeting.
  • Approval for stormwater infrastructure enhancements along Fouts Road and within East Roswell Area Park in the amount of $64,560.
    Action: Approved unanimously.
  • Approval to allow private security cameras in the Right-of-Way.
    Action: Approved unanimously.
