Dealing with Parkinson's? Learn How to Cope
"Understanding the Progression of Parkinson's" will help patients and family members learn how to deal with the disorder.

An upcoming one-hour national online seminar, “Understanding the Progression of Parkinson's,” will discuss Parkinson’s disease and provide practical tips on how to plan for the future.
Parkinson’s disease is a progressive neurological disorder that affects nearly one million people in the U.S. Although promising research is being conducted, there is currently neither a cure for Parkinson’s, nor are their medications that can reverse its course. The Parkinson’s Disease Foundation (PDF) supports scientific research and ideas that will improve the lives and futures of people who are touched by Parkinson’s disease.
They will conduct an upcoming seminar via phone and website, featuring leaders in the field of Parkinson’s research and care, including Ronald F. Pfeiffer, M.D., a Professor and Vice Chair of the Department of Neurology at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN.
