The Dec. 11, 2010 Jingle Jog will take place at the Costco in Dunwoody. It's open to all ages and will include a 5K Jingle Jog (8 a.m.), a 1K Jingle Jog Junior (8:05 a.m.) and a 50-100 yard Elf Run for ages 7-under (9 a.m.). Jingle bells for the shoes will be available beginning at 6:45 a.m.
There will be plenty of awards in several running and non-running categories. Additionally, the Salvation Army will be on hand to collect toys for needy children at Christmas. Trader Joe's will sponsor a Prize Walk at 8:45 a.m. And Santa's Playground will feature balloon twisting, face painting, a magician, pony rides, inflatable games, contests, crafts, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Discovery Toy fair, rock wall and Santa Claus himself!
