Mad scientist Binky Rudich invents a 'Two Speed Clock' on Halloween night, he and his best friends are transported to an unknown planet called Crestview, ruled by the Evil Georgette Topax and her army of Space Pandas! Can Binky and his friends escape the Pandas before the Giant Pumpkins begin to fall?
