Learn How To Build A Charcuterie Board At Oli+Vi In Roswell
Oli+Vi in Roswell is hosting a hands-on tutorial on how to assemble a cheese board and pair with the perfect wine.
ROSWELL, GA — Oli+Vi in Roswell is offering a build a board and wine tasting class Tuesday, Feb. 8.
The class is from 7-9 p.m. at 1003 Canton Street. The $60 fee includes instruction, food, wine and a recap email with pertinent links and recipes. The deadline to register is Friday. RSVP by calling (770) 587-4244.
"The monthly hands-on class at Oli+Vi is an evening full of cheese, charcuterie and clean-crafted wine,” the shop owners said. “This month's class will be geared towards Valentine's day with touches of red, pink, and white.”

Attendees will learn about wine production while enjoying cheese pairings and other popular seasonal foods. They’ll be led through a hands-on tutorial on how to assemble a grazing board.
After constructing their board, a wine will be paired with each of the cheeses.
