Teacher Charged In Roswell Child Exploitation Case
The 40-year-old man faces child molestation, solicitation of sodomy and other charges in the case.
ROSWELL, GA — A 40-year-old Ohio schoolteacher was arrested Friday in relation to a Roswell child exploitation case, Roswell Police said Monday.
Police charged Brandon Gordon, of Archbold, Ohio, on suspicion of use of computer service to seduce, solicit, lure or entice child to commit illegal act. Gordon was also charged on suspicion of electronically furnishing obscene material to minors, child molestation and two counts of solicitation of sodomy.
Gordon's arrest stems from a multi-year investigation involving his online chats with a person he believed was a minor younger than 16, police said.

Roswell detectives worked to identify Gordon as a suspect, and in coordination with the Defiance Police Department in Ohio, he was taken into custody, police said. He will be expedited to the Fulton County Jail to face charges, police said.
Gordon was a Bryan High School orchestra teacher in Bryan, Ohio. Police said evidence leads to additional victims in Ohio.

"The Roswell Police Department will continue to work closely with our law enforcement partners in Ohio on this investigation, and ensure that advocacy and justice are pursued for any and all victims, regardless of location," police said in a news release.
