Oli and Ve Opens on Canton Street in Roswell

Oli and Ve is a new addition to the burgeoning shopping and dining destination that historic Roswell is becoming.

Boasting a large selection of specialty extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars, the shop allows customers to try each one before purchasing. Owners Suzanne Davidson and Deborah Hardee encourage sipping - or slurping - the product for the best tasting, but they also provide bread for those who don't want to try it that way.

They are open Tuesday through Saturday 11 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m.-5 p.m. The shop is closed on Mondays. For more information, call 770-587-4244.
